We want you to be happy with your RAOOF MD purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied, we definitely don't want you stuck with a product you don't love!

Simply return the unused portion and we will gladly refund your original payment method for the full amount, minus shipping. Send an email with your request to hello@raoofmdderm.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll send out a return label.  

We do not accept empty containers, or bottles. If subsequent orders of the same product(s) were made after the purchase of the return, they are not eligible for a refund.  If you have any questions, please email hello@raoofmdderm.com. We will gladly assist you.
